Stage 2 is currently under construction, being built by Coromandel Homes. Impact Tiling is fitting out the villas with fully tiled bathrooms including walk-in tiled showers.

Impact Tiling Operations Manager Clive Sinclair says the project is progressing well.

“Stage 2 of Longridge Country Estate is going well, with the bathrooms and tiled toilets going in as we speak,” says Clive.

“The finishes are high-quality and the setting is awesome overlooking rural views of Paeroa.”

Coromandel Homes Project Manager Jarrad says “it’s a pretty cool community being built, it’s almost a township in itself. The village includes a gym and recreational area, with wetlands including boardwalks for residents to enjoy.”

When asked what it’s like working with Impact Tiling, Jarrad says it’s been good.
