Impact Tiling has been working as a preferred tiling supplier of Signature Homes Waikato for a number of years and has a long-standing and positive partnership with the team so we thought we'd dive into what makes the relationship work and some of our favourite residential projects we’ve partnered on recently.
Originally founded in 1983, Signature Homes has grown to become one of New Zealand's most well- known and respected residential building companies, operating throughout the country.
Providing a 'one stop solution' for design and construction, including House and Land Packages, the Signature Homes model makes it a popular choice for a lot of New Zealand homeowners.
The company offers a range of guarantees on their house builds, including a guaranteed completion date, a total price guarantee and various workmanship guarantees for structural work and water-tightness.
Impact Tiling is proud to be working as a preferred tiling installer for Signature Homes Waikato, to do out part and deliver on this promise to customers.
The Waikato franchise is co-owned and operated by Keir Bettley and brothers, Andrew and Jamie Buttimore. The Buttimore brothers are both Licensed Building Practitioners and have 30 years of combined industry experience as Project Managers and Builders.
“We’ve been working with the Signature Homes Waikato team for a number of years,” says Impact Tiling Director Robbie Le Normand, “and it’s been a really positive partnership for us”.

Impact Tiling does the bulk of all Signature Homes Waikato work in the region, from show homes and new builds to renovations.
“Recently we’ve done a couple of show homes at 27 & 29 Kimbrae Drive in Rototuna, and both are looking really beautiful and on-trend,” says Robbie.
“One has more of a black/charcoal theme in terms of the kitchen and bathrooms, while the other has a clean-white style throughout. It’s fun to be able to showcase different tiling styles and trends for the same client.”
